Waikato District Health Board
Waikato District Health Board (DHB) is one of 20 district health boards in New Zealand and it serves a population of 391,770 from northern Coromandel to close to Mt Ruapehu in the south, and from Raglan on the west coast to Waihi on the east. It takes in the city of Hamilton and towns such as Thames, Huntly, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Matamata, Morrinsville, Ngaruawahia, Te Kuiti, Tokoroa and Taumarunui. Waikato District Health Board seeks to improve the health, independence and quality of life for the communities it serves by addressing the needs of the population and reducing health disparities.
Trainer - Computer Applications (2016 to 2021)
- Ensure quality design, delivery and evaluation of organisational software application training and other assigned designated courses, which support health delivery, end user needs and organisational learning and development. (2016 to 2021)
- Design, develop and publish relevant training materials and supporting documentation utilising technologies that enable learning. (2016 to 2021)
- Shared responsibility for the maintenance and administration of training facilities and contribution toward the maintenance of the learning management system. (2016 to 2021)
- Lead trainer for the SmartHealth/HealthTap project including training session development and delivery, patient documentation and editing support pages within the Waikato DHB website. (2016 to 2017)
